Tick tock tick tock, the plot thickens.
The sun rises, settling over us,
laid underneath the oak tree in your backyard.
Your smile is all the vitamins I need,
I can fall for you forever.

When you walk through the door
and look in my eyes, it feels like the first time.
Like that shy kid in 10th grade,
stealing glances at you in class, while
the Math teacher bores us to death.

Much like P.T Barnum,
my life’s goal is making you happy,
your laughter is melodic.

but I’ll spend my life trying.

Masking all those fears in your smile,
